Standard HFCS
High fructose corn syrup produced to the national standard, with a clean sweetness profile and good moisture retention, for beverages, bakery and general sweetening; fructose content, dry solids and physicochemical values follow the batch COA and the contract specification.
Features
- Clean sweetness: close to sucrose, with no pronounced aftertaste
- Cool sweetness: perceived sweetness is stronger at low temperature, suited to cold drinks
- Good moisture retention: helps slow moisture loss in baked goods
- Readily participates in Maillard reactions: supports colour and flavour development (process control required)
- Good fermentability: directly utilisable by yeast
- Blends with high-intensity sweeteners: improves the sweetness profile
Applications
Food and beverage scenarios suited to this product (dosage to be validated by trial)
Carbonated & juice drinks: primary sweetener
Tea & coffee drinks: sweetness adjustment
Bakery & pastries: moisture retention, colour and anti-staling
Seasonings & sauces: sweetness adjustment
Confectionery: sweetness and body
Dairy & plant-protein drinks: mouthfeel adjustment
Grade system: F42 / F55 / F60
F42, F55 and F60 are the regular grades of standard HFCS, classified by fructose content (of dry solids). They are now consolidated into this product series for unified production and supply, and are no longer listed as separate product lines; the fructose content, dry solids and physicochemical values of each grade follow the batch COA and the contract specification.
Grade selection depends on sweetness requirements and the application system; for a specific grade or specification combination, contact us to arrange production accordingly.

FAQ
Common questions on specification basis, application and commercial terms
What is standard HFCS?
High fructose corn syrup produced to the national standard, composed mainly of glucose and fructose and commonly used as a sweetening ingredient in beverages and foods.

Regular grades are F42, F55 and F60, classified by fructose content (of dry solids) and consolidated into the standard HFCS series for unified supply; the exact grade and specification follow the contract and the batch COA.
How does it differ from F90 HFCS?
F90 has a higher fructose content and higher sweetness, suited to sugar-reduction formulas and blended sweetener bases; standard grades taste closer to sucrose and suit general sweetening and the main sweetener in beverages.
Which products is it suited to?
Carbonated and juice drinks, tea and coffee drinks, bakery and pastries, seasonings and sauces, confectionery and dairy drinks.
