FAQ
Common questions on specification basis, application and commercial terms
Is the F95 fructose figure a measured Pinqing value?
No. The ~95% figure is an industry-standard grade definition (share of dry solids), not a single-batch measurement. Exact specs for each Pinqing grade follow the batch COA.
Is F95 suitable for sugar-reduction formulas?
Yes. F95 is sweeter than sucrose, so dosage can be reduced. Blending with high-intensity sweeteners or erythritol helps balance the sweetness curve and body; validate by trial.
Can it be used in bakery?
Yes. F95 retains moisture and readily participates in Maillard reactions for colour and flavour, but dosage and baking parameters should be validated by trial.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ for customization and private label is generally 2 tons; lead time is agreed based on production scheduling and logistics.
Can you provide COA and export certificates?
Yes. A batch COA is supplied, together with MUI Halal, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and ISO 22000 certificates and the export food production enterprise filing.
